The P5 Association was formed in 1994. It's goal is to preserve the history of the Royal North Bothnia Armoured Battalion, P5. Vehicles, uniforms, spare parts and anything else is preserved.
Vehicles that the P5 Association preserves should have a connection to P5 and the northern military district. If not, they should be interesting from a general historical standpoint. The vehicles are to be kept in full working condition. This of course means that the members have to put down a lot of work!
Since 1998 the vehicles and other items have been displayed each summer in an Armoured museum. Each year the number of visitors count about 2500 people.
